3.1 Inovice & Slice Payments
In cooperation with Collector Bank we offer invoice and part payment. The service is based on a one-time credit that enables easy and secure payment of your purchases through invoice or part payment. The invoice has a maturity of 14 days. After the purchase has been completed, the invoice will be sent to your national registration address. You can then choose to pay the full amount right away or apply to split the payment into smaller parts by logging into bill.collectorpayments.se
In order to use the service, you must be resident in Sweden and at least 20 years old at the time of purchase. The payment method is only available to private individuals and as a lender we assume that you have handled your financial obligations and have a good payment history.
A credit check is made in connection with the purchase, which means that a credit report is obtained. Credit information taken by Collector Bank does not affect your credit rating and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. In case of late or non-payment, a delay fee is charged as well as interest on late payment.

3.2 Refund on invoice or partial payment purchases
If you have paid your invoice or part payment, but still have canceled your purchase, you have a balance with Collector Bank. Collector Bank will reimburse the amount you paid after we received your authorized return information from the merchant. 4.1 Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders exceeding 1000 SEK (EU Only). Otherwise we charge a flat rate of 49 SEK in Sweden & 99 SEK in Denmark & Finland. All orders shipped to Norway will be charged a flat rate of 149 SEK.
4.2 Unpacked packages from agents
Packages that are not picked up at the agent or refused upon delivery will be sent back to us. Once we receive the package, the cost of the goods will be refunded to you. However, shipping costs will not be refunded.
4.3 Transport Damage
Upon delivery to you we are responsible for the transport risk, ie if the product is damaged on the way from our warehouse to you it is under our responsibility.
Visible damage to the transport must be reported to the driver directly upon receipt in order to be able to claim against Minimotors Sweden. Customers should also contact Minimotors Sweden the same day the delivery took place. Hidden transport damage must be claimed to Minimotors Sweden within 7 working days. For all types of transport damage, Minimotors Sweden needs a clear description and photograph of the damage and the packaging.

6 Return Policy
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. Right of withdrawal does not apply if purchases are made in stores.

After returning the item, we will refund the amount within 30 days, but usually it goes much faster than that. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item.

How do you go about complaining?

Minimotors Sverige applies a 1 year manufacturer warranty for all products if nothing else is specified. The product warranty covers only original defects, i.e. errors found in the product at delivery. The Product Warranty does not apply to defects that occur during or after your own change in the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. The warranty does not cover damage and defects that have arisen because external impact.
During a claim of warranty, the package shall be sent in its original packaging. If possible, Minimotors Sverige can provide packaging for a fee of 500 SEK, if the original packaging is missing.
Your order confirmation is your proof of warranty.
The warranty does not apply to:
- Moisture/water damage in the electronics
- A completely discharged battery due to a lack of maintenance charge. See our care advice for more information.
- Damage that consists of or is the result of normal wear, corrosion, consumption, age change or color / shape change
- Injury or deterioration due to accident
- Errors arising from improper use or failure to follow maintenance and service instructions. Read the maintenance tips on our website.
- Normal wear is not covered by the warranty. Examples of parts that are considered to have a natural wear are for example. tires, wires, brake pads, steering bearing and lamps.
- Damage caused by storing the product in an unfavorable environment.
9 Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may result from the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances outside the Company's ruling (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.
